Thank you for your interest in Wycombe Holiday Flats; we hope to welcome you. The rules below are deigned to protect both our guests and ourselves as “hotelier”. When you make your booking by phone, internet, letter or in person you are entering a binding agreement with us. We agree to withdraw the accommodation from the market and set it aside for your exclusive use and you agree to take up the accommodation and pay the agreed tariff, occupied or not. (See below.) Our general terms based on industry standard rules are found here or during the online booking process. Online customers may book up to 4 consecutive weeks only.
Longer Let package of 8 weeks or more is available low season, but must be agreed in person on inspection of flat confirming its suitability. Package costs £1700 rental for up to 2 lunar months, then £850 per lunar month thereafter.(Saving 28%). Following the initial period, only two weeks termination notice is required on either side.
We are not private landlords. For legal and practical reasons all customers must provide a bona-fide home address. We operate commercially as would a private hotel and aim to provide a restful holiday environment.
The following are charged extra:
- Electricity is charged at bought in rates.
- Towels:
Free for air and train passengers. Hire available at £2 / person
- Dogs are boarded
by arrangement only @ £5/night or £25/week
- Car spaces: first is free, 2nd charged
at £10 for short break or £20 per week. (Overnight parking is free nearby.)
Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your holiday accommodation, our Agreement is a binding Legal Contract. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday or you curtail your stay and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance payment. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for all the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We would only cancel your holiday accommodation if unavailable for reasons beyond our control, eg water burst. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation elsewhere but on the same terms, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care. You are responsible and liable for any damage during your stay. Early reporting benefits you and those immediately following. Minor breakages often are not charged, but unreported damage causes inconvenience and expense therefore cost of items plus administration fee will be charged.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data: Any data collected during the course of this booking, except card details, may be kept on computer.
