Each flat

Spacious lounge, one or two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Larger flats may be let and charged as one bedroom flats.

Fully tiled, under floor heating, walk in shower or a spa bath, heated towel rails, wall mounted hair dryer with a shaver point, and non-slip bath mat.

Towel sets and bath robes provided on request.

Lounges

Beautifully furnished, all have superb views across Morecambe Bay which include shimmering water, distant mountains and fascinating cloud effects. Pastoral lakeland scenes periodically feature flocks of sheep grazing on the salt marsh and a multitude of sea birds from the nearby nature reserve.  

Every apartment promises real comfort and a relaxing stay.  All benefit from plush sofas and chairs, fine dining suites and many other features including large panel Sony TVs.  Controlled heating always available.  

Bedrooms

Large bedrooms have king-size (or twin bed option Ground and Middle Floors.)

Second bedrooms are relatively smaller and normally set up as single rooms but there is space for twin beds.

Specification: Stag Minstrel furniture; Diplomat beds; Hallmark quilts and pillows with satin stripe percale linen. Luxurious bed spreads and cushions.

Kitchens  All have a dishwasher, large electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, cookware, good china and table ware. Each flat has its own washer-dryer, iron and board. Cleaning materials and sundries provided.
